Seabourn has announced that it has joined the Sabre travel marketplace, one of the largest e-commerce platforms connecting suppliers and buyers worldwide. Travel agents that are subscribed to Sabre will now be able to book all Seabourn journeys with Sabre Cruises, an e-booking capability within the Sabre Red Workspace.
Agents will be able to browse ships as well as shop and book Seabourn's itineraries all over the world. Additionally, agents can find detailed information about the line’s offerings, amenities and pricing on the site.
Seabourn sails to all seven continents on its fleet of luxury ships. Ships offer all-suite stay with ocean views and most provide verandas. Ships also feature gourmet restaurants and onboard recreational activities.
Chris Austin, Seabourn's senior vice president of global marketing and sales, said that the company is proud to join Sabre so that it can provide travel professionals with additional resources to access and book cruises for clients.
Recently, the company announced its new “Extended Explorations” sailings during the fall 2018 and winter/spring 2019 season. The voyages offer a range of new programs ranging from 12 to 128 days in the South Pacific, Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, Africa and Southeast Asia. The itineraries are designed for guests who want an in-depth exploration of the region.
