AAA Recognizes Three New Five Diamond Honorees

AAA has revealed 64 restaurants that have earned the AAA/CAA Five Diamond Rating in the past 12 months, which qualifies them for 2016 Five Diamond Award list. The following three restaurants were added as first-time Five Diamond honorees.

Gabriel Kreuther – New York, NY

Gabriel Kreuther, located on 41 W 42 Street, has a dining room filled with reclaimed wood beams, and there is also a chef’s table inside the kitchen that is visible from the dining room, adding to the ambiance. Michelin-starred chef Gabriel Kreuther creates a range of dishes, including foie gras terrine, brandt beef skirt steak and roasted diver scallops. TÈ – Leola, PA

At this restaurant, guests can either order a five- or nine-course prix fixe menu filled with Italian cuisine. To complete the experience, there is also a roaming cart filled with artisanal cheeses, wine pairings and extra bites created by the chef. This eatery prides itself on offering organic fruits and vegetables from local farmland.

The Georgian Room – Sea Island, GA

When guests step into this restaurant, they will immediately notice the antique gold and crystal chandeliers, the stone columns, arches and fireplace. Here, the menu changes seasonally. Guests could order a milk-poached organic hen breast with mushroom porridge and farm egg, if  available. For dessert, the restaurant offers a crème brûlée bread pudding soufflé.
