Buzz: Anti-Aging Lunch Menu at Mandarin Oriental Barcelona

Mandarin Oriental Barcelona, Moments Restaurant

Moments restaurant doesn’t just offer award-winning Catalan cuisine; it also offers the elixir of life. The restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Barcelona has a five-course lunchtime extravaganza that’s all about “anti-aging.” Michelin-starred chef Carme Ruscallada teamed up with Dr. Manuel Sanchez of Barcelona’s Planas Clinic to create a healthy meal based on scientific data-- optimizing ingredients, preparation, and portion size. Menu items include artichoke and Joselito ham mini-pizzas, and buckwheat macaroni with scallops and vegetables. The anti-aging lunch is available from Monday to Friday for €59.

Located on the Passeig de Gràcia, a short walk from Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter, the Mandarin Oriental Barcelona has a rooftop pool and a spa with eight treatment rooms and a Pedi:Mani:Cure Studio by Bastien Gonzalez. For more information, visit www.mandarinoriental.com/barcelona.
