The Chedi Luštica Bay to Open in Montenegro

Montenegro continues to hit the headlines as a glam vacation destination for international jetsetters. In recent years, a number of luxury hotel projects are making waves as the country positions itself as the next ultra-luxe Mediterranean hide-out. The latest news? GHM Hotels has partnered with Luštica Development to open The Chedi Luštica Bay, the second Chedi hotel in Europe (after the exclusive Swiss ski resort, The Chedi Andermatt). Luštica Bay is a residential and hospitality development situated along the Luštica peninsula on Trašte Bay. The coastline is defined by a dramatic mountainous topography edged by the turquoise Adriatic sea.

Slated to open on the main marina promenade in 2018, The Chedi Luštica Bay will be the first of seven hotels planned for Luštica Bay, and the largest five-star hotel in Boka Bay. Facilities will include 110 guestrooms, two restaurants and a bar, meeting and conference venues, along with an outdoor pool, spa and fitness center with its own indoor heated pool. Estimated construction costs are 25 million euros.
