Chef Raymond Blanc is Eurostar's New Culinary Director

Here’s another reason to pick the Eurostar for transport: the high-speed train has recruited the Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc to be its new Culinary Director. What this means is that Business Premier passengers get to tuck into dishes created by the chef whose Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons has attracted foodies to the Oxfordshire countryside for over a quarter-century. Incorporating elements from Belgian, French, and British cuisine, the new menu focuses on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. There are also a few Blanc family recipes on the menu- like mackerel salad and chocolate delice with praline custard. For more information, visit
