To the great delight of chocolate lovers, two big names in French gastronomy have teamed up to create a special new culinary adventure in Paris: “Extreme Chocolate” workshops at the Ritz Paris. Michael Roth, Executive Chef of the Ritz Paris, and Gilles Marchal, Creative Director of La Maison du Chocolat, designed the program for both amateurs and gourmets alike to get their chocolate fix with amazing recipes by the world-famous chocolatier. Between now and the end of the year, four workshops will be held at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier (the hotel's acclaimed cooking school) featuring creations specially made by La Maison du Chocolat. The dates are Sunday, September 25; October 16; November 27; and December 11 from 10 am to 1 pm. The price is 250 euros.
