Conrad Dubai

There’s room for one more in the crowded luxury hotel scene in Dubai. Conrad Hotels has entered the fray. Located in Dubai’s commercial center on Sheikh Zayed Road, the Conrad Dubai officially debuted last month with 555 guest rooms spread out over 52 floors. As the Gulf News recently pointed out, "it’s a hotel for residents as much as visitors”- with grandiose facilities like "an ‘urban pool oasis’, a soon-to-open Latin American supperclub to rival Cavalli Club and a Marco Pierre White steakhouse.”

In total, the hotel has six food & beverage outlets. At Cave-- a wine cellar boasting more than 500 wines-- you can nibble on Foie Gras Macarons with a glass of bubbly or a cocktail, while wrapped in a borrowed pashmina to ward off the chill. On the sixth floor, you’ll find the spa, hammam, gym, and yoga pavilion.
