Culture Watch: Santa Barbara's International Film Festival

February 4 through 14 Santa Barbara, CA will roll out the red carpet for its 25th International Film Festival.

In addition to over 200 films, movie buffs can partake in panel discussions about directing, screenwriting and producing.

Stargazing? Catch big names like Colin Firth, Sandra Bullock, Julianne Moore, James Cameron, Stanley Tucci and more as they are honored for their work in films of 2009.

The opening night film will be Flying Lessons, a film by Derek Magyar.
