Summer is just about here, and the English countryside is ready to celebrate! In Cumbria's Beech Hill Hotel, guests can kick off June with a special dinner created around Champagne and strawberries. The evening is sponsored by Champagne house "Duval-Leroy."
The evening will begin with a glass of champagne and a selection of canapés. In Burlington’s restaurant, they can try a five-course meal designed around the Champagne and strawberries, and meet Paul Collins, the sommelier who selected the Champagne for each course of the meal.
