Laguna Lăng Cô, a new resort by the Banyan Tree Group, is slated to debut on Vietnam's central coast in 2012 after an investment of a cool $200 million.

The first phase of development involves three components, including:
1.    Launching Angsana Properties Lăng Cô, a condominium-style resort with a total of 197 units. It will be opened in mid 2012.
2.    Opening the Nick Faldo 18-hole Championship golf course in the second quarter of 2012.
3.    Launching sales of Banyan Tree Lăng Cô, a portfolio of 129 high quality villas designed in harmony with the surrounding landscape, in early 2012.

The first apartment owners at Angsana Properties Lăng Cô are also entitled to membership in the Angsana Properties Owners Club, where members can book complimentary stays at other Banyan Tree and Angsana resorts around the world.
