Four Seasons Dublin Restaurant Hosts Meat Festival

Heads up, meat fanatics! The Carnivore’s Carnival at Four Seasons Hotel Dublin is back for the third year this month at Seasons Restaurant.

Cuts of meat from France, Ireland, New Zealand and the U.S. will be available, but we hear the main attraction will be a a New Zealand-bred wagyu beef. Gourmands can choose from a 10-ounce wagyu rib eye of beef or a wagyu burger served with foie gras and truffle mayonnaise. For those with more traditional tastes, a 16 ounce aged Irish t-bone steak served with a classic béarnaise or red wine sauce is also available.

The Four Seasons Hotel Dublin is located at Simmonscourt Road in Dublin. The special menu is available through May 20.
