Bar flies will love the latest news coming out of Hong Kong: The Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has opened the new Caprice Bar, adjacent to its Caprice restaurant.
We hear that the bar will be a great evening spot to sample an aperitif, digestif, wine and champagne, while snacking on cheese and charcuterie. We love the interior of the space (think marble bar, velvet sofas and leather armchairs).
Be sure to order the black truffle scrambled eggs, wild game terrine and duck leg Parmentier. Cheese include artisanal unpasteurized cheeses, which are flown in from France on a weekly basis.
