Four Seasons London Canary Wharf Gets New Executive Chef

Here's a name for London-bound foodies to remember: Moreno Casaccia is the new Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf, managing all food and beverage outlets including Quadrato Restaurant and Bar, room service and banqueting.

Casaccia started his Four Seasons career at the hotel in November 2005 as a Chef de Partie. Since then, he has held the positions of Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef. Prior to joining Four Seasons, Moreno gained experience at such iconic hotels and restaurants as The Dorchester in London and the Michelin-starred Le Moulin, and three Michelin-starred Taillevent, in France.
