Four Seasons London Offers Jubilee Teas and Cocktail

The Four Seasons London Park Lane will be serving a special Coronation Tea. Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Durousseau has put together an all-English menu, including a selection of finger sandwiches with traditional fillings, scones and clotted cream, and cakes and pastries made from historical recipes that span the 60 years of Her Majesty’s reign on the throne. The hotel has also commissioned a special Diamond Jubilee Tea, a bespoke blend of black Celanese and Indian teas for the menu.

The Coronation Tea will be served daily at the Hotel from Monday, May 28 to Friday, June 29, between 3 and 6 pm in Amaranto (the hotel's restaurant-cum-lounge-cum-bar) or under the trees on the Garden Terrace (sunny days willing). Bonus: Guests can also order the special tea through room service.

And for those who don't like tea, Bar Manager Davide Guidi has created the Jubilee Fizz, a blend of Remy Martin Louis XIII cognac, raspberry liqueur and rose essence topped up with Louis Roederer Crystal Champagne. Bonus: Guests can order the drink with a Leviev diamond and call it a Diamond Jubilee Fizz. (Good for a proposal, perhaps?) The cocktail will be available throughout the month of June.
