Four Seasons Maui Offers Yoga Retreat

Heads up, yoga fans (or health fans, or people who just want to get back in shape after the holiday season)! The Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea will be hosting "Body, Mind, Spirit Equation: a Yoga Retreat" February 27-March 3, which will be led by Kathryn Budig, a Los Angeles-based instructor. (We hear her clientele includes many celebrities, but no name-dropping here!.)

In daily sessions during the retreat she will teach Vinyasa Flow—a combination of syncing movement and breath.

The retreat will include five nights in a garden-view room; full breakfast daily in the Resort's DUO restaurant; four sunrise and three sunset yoga sessions with Budig including two off-site excursions to inspirational settings; a welcome reception, a traditional outrigger canoe closing ceremony; and Talk Story sessions with Budig in the Yoga Suite.
