Gansevoort Hotel Group Goes Mobile

“Will tomorrow be better than yesterday?” CBRE seems to think so, but hotel operators remain unsure.

For the luxist on the go, Gansevoort Hotel Group is going mobile. We hear the hotel company is announcing its first mobile app partnership with Citymaps, bringing the hottest scenes in NYC to your mobile device.

The partnership will include content tailored to each hotel location (think Meatpacking and Park Avenue); restaurants, stores and sites represented by logo; standard navigation, turn-by-turn directions and one-touch store finders; and stream of real-time photos, menus and user comments.
