GHM is making its debut in India with the schedule The Aayu Mumbai, a 42-suite luxury hotel.
We hear the property is slated for December 2013 and will include restaurants by Joël Robuchon and Hide Yamamoto.
The new luxury hotel will sit at the top five floors of Kohinoor Square's Central Tower and will overlook Shivaji Park and the Arabian Sea.
Robuchon, who carries around an impressive 28 Michelin stars, will open his 8th L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, which will serve French cuisine, pastries and fine wines. Yamamoto will helm a second restaurant showcasing Japanese cuisine from its charcoal Robata grill, homemade ramen noodle bar and sushi and sake counter.
The hotel will also feature a library lounge and bar, cigar and cognac lounge, malt bar and boardroom.
