Hong Kong Gears Up for ART HK in May

Hong Kong Museum of ArtIt’s only been around for four years, but the Hong Kong International Art Fair—produced in collaboration with Art Basel—has become a key calendar date in the art world. Impressive galleries (266 of them!) will convene from 38 different countries for collectors to see and buy quality contemporary artwork.

Now in its fifth year, ART HK 12 will take place from May 17-20, 2012 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). "Hong Kong is rapidly becoming one of the world’s art hubs,” says The Sydney Morning Herald, and art enthusiasts will enjoy a packed program of VIP events at ART HK-- including studio visits, parties, exclusive dinners, educational events, and a speaker series.
