Thompson Hotels has arrived in Music City. Slated to open next month, The Thompson Nashville will be situated in The Gulch on the same block as The Station Inn, the celebrated music venue. There will be 224 guest rooms with floor to-ceiling windows framing views of downtown Nashville. Cool design touches include a sliding barn door, a custom honor bar for mixing your own drinks, and hardwood floors.
In exciting culinary news, The Thompson Nashville has recruited James Beard Award-winning chef John Besh to design the three food concepts. Marsh House will offer fresh seafood and seasonal craft cocktails, while L.A. Jackson will lure the cool crowd to the rooftop bar for Southern small plates and a variety of libations including beers from the South’s best breweries. Killebrew will serve breakfast, lunch, baked goods, and Revelator coffee, of course.
