Hotel Buzz: Dallas' The Joule to Undergo Hefty Renovations

What can you get with a cool $78 million? Apparently a pretty posh renovation. We hear from Luxury Travel Magazine that The Joule, Dallas is undergoing a major renovation and expansion over the next year that will increase the hotel's square footage over an entire city block.

The refurbishments will also include the addition of 31 guest rooms, suites and penthouses, a new spa, a second Charlie Palmer concept and expanded event spaces.

The renovations are expected to be completed in the Fall 2012, but the hotel will remain open throughout construction.
