Hotel Buzz: The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort

Miami

Are you ready to kick off the New Year yet? Miami is, for sure! We hear that St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is ready to open The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort on January 19.

The new luxury property will offer 213 ocean view rooms and suites and 307 residences in three all-glass towers.

Top touch: The Presidential Suite, located on the 24th floor, will sprawl over 2,800 square feet. We love that the suite is accessible via private elevator. Guests will find a gourmet kitchen, media room, two bedrooms, a dining room and a 1,200-square-foot private balcony with ocean views.

Miami is an epicurean playground in itself and the St. Regis will play on that perfectly. The signature restaurant J&G Grill will be a product of Jean-Georges Vongerichten. It will blend both Asian and French cuisine, with a selection of dishes from his restaurants around the world.

The property will also have Fresco, focused on South American cuisine, and Atlantico, a breakfast, lunch and dinner spot with a focus on seafood.

The spa will span 14,000 square feet with 12 treatment rooms, a salon, men's and women's lounges, sauna and steam rooms and more.
