Hotel Buzz: Will the Four Seasons Prague be Sold?

The Prague Post is reporting that the owners of the Four Seasons Prague are considering selling the hotel for around $105 million, according to two sources close to the deal.

The 161-room hotel is currently owned by Irish asset management company Avestus Capital Partners. It is thought Avestus has decided to test the market for a sale of the Prague hotel after selling the Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace in Budapest at the end of 2011 for $98 million.

The hotel is in the final stages of a five-year remodeling program. Rooms and suites across the hotel have been redecorated, and the hotel's new restaurant, CottoCrudo, opened earlier this year.
