Leap day is an auspicious one in Paris this year. W Hotels has debuted its brand spanking new hotel in the City of Light, a sexy mélange of New York energy and French art de vivre, just in time for Fashion Week. Luxury Travel Advisor was on site at the press event this morning (never too early to get a dose of W’s world of wow), and found that the brand has successfully positioned itself in the Parisian market as a trendsetting hot spot. There is already serious buzz about this property.

W Hotel Paris is located next to the Opera Garnier in the 9th arrondissement, and some of the guest rooms have remarkable views of one of the most famous opera houses in the world (the setting for The Phantom of the Opera).
