Ever since Louis Vuitton unveiled his stylish trunks, travel products have become a fashion staple in and of themselves. To honor this, a new exhibit of design-inspired travel products will go on display in London next month.
According to the Independent, the "Travel Through Design" exhibition will be hosted by the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge as part of the Italian Design Exhibition Area (IDEA), which will focus on Italian designers.
Scheduled to run September 22 - October 22, IDEA showcases the work of names such as Alessi, Danese and Foscarini, as well as shining a spotlight on some rising talent.
It is being held as part of London Design Festival, which runs September 17-25.
