This season, Beverly Hills, California is getting some hotels, dining and shopping experiences. These new spaces include Yojisan, a sushi house from restaurateur Giacomino Drago that merges modern and traditional, The Phoenix, a countrified upscale lounge and Kyle by Alene Too, a multi-designer boutique with women’s fashions co-founded by celebrity Kyle Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fame. AKA Beverly Hills

Located in the Golden Triangle, AKA Beverly Hills comes to the city from extended stay hotelier AKA. Each of the 88 penthouse suites and private access two story townhomes is designed with a gourmet kitchen, custom furnishings and a private balcony. Hidden in a residential neighborhood just south of Wilshire Boulevard, Sirtaj Hotel will have just 32 rooms and modern amenities in a contemporary setting. Guests will also have access to a bar and cocktail lounge area within the main lobby of the hotel. Sirtaj is expected to open in November.

The Phoenix

This countrified upscale bar serves up high-end beers, specialty cocktails and one menu item (steak frites). The lounge also has a gaming area with darts, pool and shuffleboard. 

BierBeisl

This Austrian restaurant opened earlier this year and has quickly gained a cult following. The restaurant serves Austrian food and drink including fine Austrian beer, wine and sausage. Bierbeisl also has an Austrian Schnapps bar, created traditionally with fruits harvested by Austrian farmers, and gourmet Austrian chocolate selections, using cocoa beans as the base with surprising flavor combinations (ketchup, peanuts).

Clementine

Clementine is a family-owned, neighborhood bakery-café with fresh baked pastries, seasonal salads and sandwiches, fresh and frozen soups and entrees to take home for dinner. Food is made from scratch by hand using seasonal ingredients from local farmers’ markets.

Kyle by Alene Too is a women’s clothing boutique. Alene Too has partnered with Kyle Richards of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fame to create a new multi-designer shop.
