The Mexico Tourism Board announced that Los Cabos will host the Destination Wedding Planners Congress (DWP) from April 10 to 12, 2018. The congress is considered to be the most important event in the wedding industry and is celebrated annually. Los Cabos is fitting as a top luxury destination in Mexico, which, as a whole, hosts more and more events and unique weddings. Mexico has the infrastructure as well as state-of-the-art technology, suitable for all types of meetings and events.

The niche market of romance tourism is a substantial area for business that is constantly growing. In the past five years, destination weddings have increased by 50 percent in the country, which is why Mexico Tourism Board (MTB) fully supports Los Cabos Tourism Board’s strategy to promote the area as a wedding destination. MTB is committed to continue to promote is romance offerings including this important event, throughout the entire country.
