Label fans have a new hotel to explore on the French Riviera—but only through the summer. LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has opened White 1921, a seasonal eight-room boutique hotel on Place des Lices, which opened last week with a garden bar by architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, Women's Wear Daily is reporting
Operated by LVMH Hotel Management, the hotel has a wine cellar stocked with its galaxy of Champagne brands, including a rare vintage of Moët & Chandon from 1921 (a good year for white wines across Europe, we hear). The 82-seat bar also serves snacks to go with various Champagnes, such as white truffle popcorn to wash down with Krug.
But book quickly: The hotel is only open through October 7.
