Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has named Patrick-Denis Finet as general manager of the upcoming Mandarin Oriental, Milan, which is scheduled to open in 2013.
Finet has over 30 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. He joined Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2003, and has held a variety of senior management positions including general manager of the Chiang Mai resort and general manager of Mandarin Oriental Riviera Maya, Mexico. He was most recently General Manager, Corporate where he was responsible for providing operational input for Mandarin Oriental, Paris.
Prior to joining Mandarin Oriental, Finet held various management roles with the Khalifa Group and was general manager of Le Prince Maurice Hotel in Mauritius.
