Mandarin Oriental Paris SpaFrom barber shops to specialty “male grooming spas,” a new trend in luxury travel sees spas rolling out the red carpet… just for men. The latest of the big-name spas to tailor treatments specifically for gentlemen is The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Paris. Last month the luxury hotel on rue Saint-Honoré introduced the treatments which feature The Refinery, a new product line from Aromatherapy Associates.

The Refinery Facial and the The Refinery Face & Body Treatment (both 1 hour 20 minutes, 240 euros) utilize exotic essential oils and natural plant extracts to clean, exfoliate, and revitalize the skin. An eye treatment is also available. Fitness buffs will be pleased to learn that top-notch personal trainers are available for training sessions at the spa’s gym. For reservations, contact the spa at +33 (0)1 70 98 73 35 or [email protected]
