The glass enclosed restaurant provides views of the sparkling azure waters of the Cote d'Azur. Menus change regularly based on the seasons, and highlight ingredients from the region. Gourmands can enjoy the freshest fish, lamb and duck year round, white asparagus in the spring and wild strawberries from the forest in the summer.
Those who simply want to relax can enjoy the private beach Ajuna on Eze Bord de Mer, available to guests of the hotel.
