New Menus and Experiences at French Riviera Resort

It's high season along the French Riviera, and if your clients are looking for something a little different, here's a hotel worth checking out: Château Saint-Martin & Spa is a historic flagship of Relais & Châteaux set in a 35-acre park just off the Cote d'Azur.

The hotel has made several developments this year, including a newly refurbished restaurant with a two Michelin-star chef, Yannick Franques; a brand-new restaurant, La Rosticceria, which has an open kitchen and terrace for al fresco dining; new spa products and treatments by Bamford, an organic brand; and a new children's spa menu that includes relaxation treatments for five- to 12-year-olds and massages and skin cleansing for 12- to 18-year-olds.

Coming up: A new Children's Club will launch later this summer. "Martin's Club" will have a range of complimentary activities including tennis, water sports, treasure hunts and nature workshops along with a children’s afternoon tea hosted by the team.
