East West Partners are developing Northstar Mountainside Residences, a collection of luxury townhomes and custom home sites that connect directly to the nearby Northstar-at-Tahoe ski resort, First Tracks reports.
The 16 luxury townhomes, dubbed Home Run, move-ins are set to begin in the spring. The 25 custom home sites, called The Glades, feature unique tunnels, ski ways and bridges to bring owners to the slopes. Appointments to check out The Glades are expected to be available this winter season.
