Nisbet Plantation, Nevis, Offers New Luxury Wellness Retreats

Nisbet Plantation Beach Club in Nevis is teaming up with the health and fitness experts at Purescapes to offer luxury all-inclusive fitness and wellness retreats beginning in November.

A well-balanced agenda incorporates exercise, cultural pursuits on island and time for relaxation with a massage or afternoon swim in the oceanfront pool. Daily activities include morning yoga on the resort’s white sand beach, outdoor fitness classes with cardio workouts and strength training, and off-site excursions such as kayaking, mountain biking and hiking to explore the beauty of Nevis. In addition, local natural and organic ingredients highlight healthy menus created specially for retreat guests to enjoy.

The Purescapes Wellness Retreat at Nisbet Plantation is designed to introduce positive life changes for guests and is ideal for both beginners and athletes. Each guest works one-on-one with the Purescapes team of fitness and nutrition experts to work toward individual fitness and weight loss goals. Guests learn to eat properly, move effectively and improve their overall health based on the latest research.

The first all-inclusive luxury wellness retreat at Nisbet Plantation Beach Club will be November 5 – 12. Additional dates are being planned for winter and spring 2012. Prices begin at $3,750 per person and include seven nights in a cottage-style accommodation; all meals and non alcoholic beverages, airport transfers with recommended flights, one massage and more.
