Park Hyatt to Open First Thailand Property in Bangkok

Luxury continues to rise in Bangkok, we hear, with the signing of a management agreement for a Park Hyatt Hotel, the first Park Hyatt in Thailand.

Scheduled to debut in 2014, Park Hyatt Bangkok will feature 222 rooms, including 49 suites. The hotel will include all-day dining and specialty restaurants, a lobby lounge and specialty lounge, as well as a sky bar and restaurant with views of downtown Bangkok. The hotel will also have 15,515 square feet of meeting space along with a spa, business center, fitness room and swimming pool.

Several other Park Hyatt properties are in the pipeline for Asia, including locations in Changbaishan, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Sanya Sunny Bay, China; and Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata and Mumbai, India.
