A number of highly anticipated new hotels have opened in London recently (check out Luxury Travel Advisor’s December story), and legendary establishments also keep sprucing themselves up. The Ritz London, for example, has just opened two new suites on the seventh floor: The Piccadilly Suite (806 square feet) and an Executive Suite (510 square feet).
From this perch, the two suites—which can connect—have views over Piccadilly to The Royal Academy. Together, the suites create The Piccadilly signature suite, one of five exclusive suites in the hotel. It comes with a host of extra services like an airport transfer in The Ritz Rolls-Royce Phantom and a 24-hour butler.
Like a private apartment, The Piccadilly Suite has antique furniture, a walk-in closet, bespoke carpets, and coving lighting in the bedroom. The bathroom is a real highlight- designed in Norwegian Rose and Calacatta Vagil Oro marble with a rain shower and underfloor heating.
