Scent in the City: Rosewood's New Fragrance Butlers

Rosewood Hotels, fragrance butler

Couldn’t stash your perfume in your carry-on bag? Don’t fret- Rosewood Hotels to the rescue. The luxury hotel chain has just introduced a new service at its eight properties: a 24-hour fragrance butler. When you’re primping for a night out on the town (or a day of meetings), you can call the butler who’ll arrive at your door with a silver tray of signature fragrances. As soon as you’ve dabbed a little Chanel No. 5, the butler will whisk away the tray.

Each hotel has a different fragrance menu according to its location. At The Carlyle in New York, for example, women can choose between Hermes Eau des Mervailles, Chanel Chance, Tom Ford Black Orchid, Stella McCartney and Comme des Garcons Daphne. The colognes for men are Tom Ford for Men, Ralph Lauren Polo Black, Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gio, Givenchy Gentlemen and Bulgari Pour Homme. At the Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver, the following scents are available for women: Chanel No. 5, Bulgari Black, Daisy Marc Jacobs, Chanel CoCo Mademoiselle, Christian Dior Miss Dior Cherie and Hermes Kelly Caleche; and for men: Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gio, Hermes Terre d'Hermes, Chanel Bleu de Chanel, Burberry Touch Unisex, and Tom Ford Black Orchid.
