At this year's Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, which was held June 17-19, Hong Kong was representing in full force. Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi from T'ang Court at The Langham Hong Kong and Executive Sous Chef Won Chi Fai of Ming Court at Langham Place, Mongkok, Hong Kong, joined other epicurean masters at the Grand Pavilion (think Mario Batali, Bobby Flay, Tom Colicchio and more).
