So, how does it work?

A few weeks before a client arrives at the hotel for their vacation, they are required to get their blood and urine tested by a doctor as well as give hair samples. The results of the test are then sent to the hotel.

Upon arrival, a client will then get a consultation based on their test results and will then be given specific tips on how to reach whatever the client's health goal is.

Set on a very private cove in the north west of the island, the BodyHoliday LeSport is a very popular luxury resort in St Lucia -- a very private retreat.
