In the red-hot hotel market of Istanbul, St. Regis made a splash this month with a highly anticipated property in the fashionable Nişantaşı district. One of the highlights is the Spago restaurant from celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, whose smiling face appears in lots of photos on the luxury hotel’s Facebook page. The signature restaurant is drawing the crowds for wood-oven pizzas, hand-made pastas, and farm-to-table seasonal fare. Beyond Spago, the St. Regis has a wide array of amenities that tick all the boxes for a five-star luxury hotel stay.
