Last Friday marked a moment we've all been waiting for: the anticipated opening of St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort & Residences in Miami.

This 243-room and 245-private residence, all glass structure rises 27 stories above the beach, featuring the signature St. Regis Bulter Service, a Remede Spa and dining inspired by Jean-Georges.

Traveling gourmets will love J&G Grill, the signature restaurant featuring a blending of Asian and French cuisine, with a selection of dishes from Jean-Georges' restaurants around the world. We love the Wien Vault, which showcases 2,500 bottles of wine.

There is also an oceanfront grill for casual dining called Fresco, highlight South American cuisine, as well as Atlantico which is perfect for all-day dining.

The spa is a 14,000-square-foot space with 12 treatment rooms, a full-service spa, men's and women's lounges, sauna and steam rooms and fitness center.
