Chef Deepak Bhatia enters the luxe kitchen with three decades of experience under his belt, including stints in locations like Australia, Southeast Asia and Russia. His most recent job was with Hyatt International.

Chef Bhatia's forte is in Western Europe and Asian cuisine.
