Marriott International's Autograph Collection has added the Turnberry Isle Miami to its portfolio. This is the third South Florida hotel to to join the collection and the 32nd property added to the brand's expanding roster.
Built in 1971, the Turnberry Isle Miami's Mediterranean-style retreat spans over 300 well-manicured acres, with 408 deluxe guest rooms and suites. The resort offers two 18-hole Raymond Flloyd redesigned championship golf courses, a three-story spa and fitness center, a tennis center in partnership with Canas Tennis, a beach club, multiple pools including a lagoon-style pool with a waterside and lazy river, a 40,000-square-foot conference center, marina access, a kid's club and a membership club.
Owned by Turnberry Hotel Group, a division of Turnberry Associates, the Turnberry Isle Miami will maintain its unique individuality while gaining access to Marriott International's global sales and marketing channels, as well as the Marriott Rewards program.
The Turnberry Isle Miami has received the AAA Four Diamond Award and achieved prominent status in the 2012 Travel + Liesure 500 World's Best Hotels.
