Waldorf Astoria Park City Opens New Restaurant

Seasoned Park City goers looking for something new will love the opening of Slopes by Talisker, a new restaurant concept launched by Waldorf Astoria Park City and the Talisker Restaurant Collection.

We hear that the new restaurant emphasizes locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, with special attention to the dietary needs and preferences of today's guests (think gluen-free, non-dairy and vegan choices).

A casual menu is offered in the lounge, while a more extensive menu can be found in the dining room. We are told that must-trys include the beef & herb salad with lime, mint, hot chiles and cucumber; lobster carpaccio with fennel confit, blood oranges and fennel pollen; pistachio venison with elderberries, smoked cauliflower and pistachio emulsion; and Berkshire pork chop with ratatouille, mustard spatzle and dried cranberries.
