Warsaw's Hotel Bristol Joins Luxury Collection

Following an extensive multi-million dollar renovation, the Hotel Bristol in Warsaw has joined The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts' ensemble. Owned by Starman Poland, Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Warsaw marks the luxury brand's first hotel in Poland.

Located next to the Presidential Palace and on the historic and fashionable Royal Route, Hotel Bristol was founded in 1901 by Ignacy Paderewski - a renowned composer, piano virtuoso and former Polish Prime Minister. The hotel has 168 guestrooms and 38 suites that evoke the Art Deco era.

Foodies will also be in for a treat: The hotel has also launched Advinture, a new wine bar offering wines from top vineyards and pairing them with dishes created by Chef de Cuisine Michal Tkaczyk. Then there's the Column Bar, famous for its annual New Year's Eve grand ball, and which serves signature cocktails like The Nocturne Fizz, a vodka-based concoction inspired by the Mazovia region.

Marconi Restaurant serves Polish and Mediterranean cuisine, including the signature roasted duck with caramelized apples, abundant with flavors of rosemary, garlic and clove. And the Café Bristol has been a Warsaw institution since 1901 with original Viennese-style interiors and traditional dishes and patisserie.

The Hotel Bristol also introduces the brand's signature Luxury Collection Concierge service to all guests, which will provide recommendations to discover and experience the city in an authentic and indigenous way, reinforcing Hotel Bristol's position as the Varsovian destination authority.

Starwood currently operates six hotels in Poland under the company's Sheraton, Westin and The Luxury Collection brands, including three in the dynamic city of Warsaw.
