The founder of the U.K.’s London Motor Museum has announced the opening of Miami Supercar Rooms, the U.S.'s first Auto Art Gallery and Gourmet Dining Experience. This 15,000-square-foot venue houses six of the most desirable cars in the world, including extremely rare models such as the 1955 SL 300 Mercedes Gullwing; 1929 Rolls Royce Bootch; 1958 450 S Maserati vintage racing car; 1961 196 SP Ferrari vintage racing car and the 2007 Shelby Supercar Ultimate Aero TT.
The venue also includes six dining Pods. Dining in each pod, guests will sit at an aluminum table for up to six people.
As for the menu, the founding restaurant partner and the guest executive chef for the inaugural month, Rafael Perez Cambana, will be on-site to welcome visitors and to introduce his menu every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. He will then deliver an array of Peruvian delights, including one of his signature Ceviche dishes.

The Miami Supercar Rooms experience is based on a free guest membership program. The type of premium experience the guest is looking for and how regularly he or she visits determines the ongoing membership status. (The management team at Miami Supercar Rooms grants a free membership to each individual upon arrival.) For those who want to experience the memberships, the White memberships provide priority status for dining reservations. The Silver membership grants full access inside the Auto Art Gallery and special dining privileges. Black membership is for those who want to enjoy the bar while viewing the gallery of cars.
There is also the Miami Supercar Dining experience that combines three elements – luxury automobiles, gourmet dining and music. Six outdoor Pods are available to reserve at $3,000 each for the entire evening. An associate is assigned to the Pods and is able to tell the guests facts about the famous supercar "masterpiece" that is inside each Pod. The associate will also act as a butler during the dining experience. Each month, Miami Supercar Rooms, will partner with a local restaurant, from which the executive chef will make a special menu all month.
Miami Supercar Rooms is located at 2022 NW 1st Court, Miami, FL 33127 and is open from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday through Monday, with dinner reservations available from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. To make a reservation, call 305-363-2020.
