Esperanza, An Auberge Resort, a Relais & Châteaux property, overlooks the Sea of Cortez in Cabo San Lucas. The hotel went through a major renovation, which was unveiled last June. The resort’s new amenities include revamped guestrooms, a new look for Cocina del Mar restaurant and Lounge Bar, a new Pesca ceviche bar, an enhanced pool and terrace and a refreshed spa and public areas.
Now, the hotel is upping its culinary offerings with the personal, poolside Margarita Butler, which will customize guests’ drinks with six margarita flavors, three different salt rims and garnishes. There is also the Cabo Craft Beer Tastings, which pairs local brews with a range of appetizers like duck-breast crispy tostada or beer battered fish tacos.
Guests should look ahead during their stay and prepare for the nightly themed dining. Culinary Corner includes fun food themes, including Baja Pasta Night, Fish Market and Mexicanisimo. And for a night out, travelers will want to visit the floating lounge on the sea with a live DJ cocktails and appetizers.
