There’s a new luxury hotel on the block in Cannes, and it’s promising to shake things up on the Croisette with some killer amenities: try three yachts for cruising, a rooftop infinity pool, a restaurant menu designed by Michelin starred-chefs Jacques and Laurent Pourcel, and an exclusive Spa Cinq Mondes. We say the Five Hotel & Spa has got their bases loaded.
Conceived by world-renowned architects Marc Hertrich and Nicolas Adnet, the design concept takes its inspiration from journeys and voyages- what the duo has dubbed the “Voyage Immobile.” So even within the hotel, guests have the sensation of traveling, as they discover each objet d’art, painting, and piece of furniture, carefully chosen from all over the world. (The hotel faces the famous church that’s appropriately named “Notre Dame de Bon Voyage. ) Just a short walk from the Palais des Festivals, this new five-star hotel also has access to the private beach “Plage du Festival.” Did we mention the pastry room created by champion patissier Jérôme de Oliveira?
