Golden Gate Bridge Tours Return for 2013

The Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy has announced the return for 2013 of the Golden Gate Bridge tours. Slated from April 1 to October 6, families with kids, national and international visitors, locals and tour operators are invited to hear true stories of the Golden Gate Bridge on personally guided 45-minute tours brought by the creators of the Alcatraz Night Tour. All tours are in English

Tours depart from the Round House, located at the southeast corner of the Golden Gate Bridge Plaza on the San Francisco side. These tours make use of state-of-the-art audio technology so that guides can speak in a normal, conversational tone and visitors can hear every word even during noisy traffic hours on the Bridge.

Advance tickets may be purchased, though walk-up tickets are sold at the Round House, subject to availability. Wholesale discounts are available.

The Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy is the nonprofit membership organization created to preserve the Golden Gate National Parks. The Conservancy is an authorized “cooperating association” of the National Park Service, and is one of more than 70 such nonprofit organizations working with national parks around the country.
