Allegretto Vineyard Resort Debuts Distillery Tours and Mixology Classes

At the Allegretto Vineyard Resort in Paso Robles, CA, guests can become a “weekend mixologist” with an experience that includes new Distillery Tours and Mixology Classes. The three-day, two-night curated offering begins with behind-the-scenes tours of three Central Coast distilleries and includes lunch with a twist and luxury transportation.

The new experience is infused with a mixology class at the Allegretto where an award-winning mixologist will teach guests how to make their own cocktails using fresh, local ingredients and spirits. Participants will learn how to use the resort-crafted elixirs, syrups, dried fruits, and herbs to create their cocktails. After a day of mixing, learning, and tasting, Chef Justin Picard will create a four-course dinner for guests to enjoy. The Chef’s Garden will supply key ingredients for the meal and accents for the cocktails. Package prices start at $1,600, depending on room type and season, and are exclusive of tasting fees and tips.

In January, The Allegretto Vineyard Resort began offering Art & Wine tours showcasing the resort’s collection of art from around the world, paired with a sampling of the Allegretto estate wines. Guests can experience over 100 pieces of art, artifacts, and sculptures that date as far back as 214 B.C.

The Allegretto Vineyard Resort is set on 20 acres of vineyards and orchards on Paso Robles’ east side. The resort includes 171 guestrooms and suites, locally farmed and foraged cuisine at Cello Ristorante & Bar, a tasting room with the resort’s own private wine label, ballroom, meeting spaces, over 40,000 square feet of event space, full-service boutique spa, pool and cabanas, manicured gardens, walking paths, 12,000-square-foot piazza, French-inspired Abbey, curated art, and artifacts.
