Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort Unveils New Suites

The oceanfront Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort has unveiled new pool suites, in time for the return of travelers to the country's island of Koh Samui. Thailand will relax entry regulations for international travelers starting May 1, including the lifting of the RT-PCR testing requirement for international arrival, as reported by our sister publication Travel Agent.

Located in Samui’s iconic Fisherman’s Village, the resort’s low-rise shingled buildings overlook a central lily pond and palms. With activities ranging from water sports and Muay Thai to spa rituals for two at the Bill Bensley-designed Anantara Spa, holidaymakers’ days can be as laid back or adventurous as they want them to be.

Dotted with pockets of private space for relaxation, the new Garden Pool Suites offer more than 796 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, besides an 18-by- 9-foot plunge pool with a shaded sundeck in a landscaped garden. The suites are designed in contemporary Thai style with a palette of warm earth tones and spaces filled with natural light. All suites feature a built-in bar with a wine fridge. Rates for Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort’s new Garden Pool Suites include breakfast for up to two guests.
